How does it work with NuraProof?+
The ring captures selected physiological signals continuously and syncs them to NuraProof, where they are organised into personal baselines, Recovery Reserve, Sleep Architecture and Oxygen Stability views alongside your supplement schedule.
How long does the battery last?+
Manufacturer-rated up to 7+ days on a single charge, depending on wear time, sync frequency and enabled features. Charging to full typically takes 60 – 90 minutes on the included wireless cradle.
Can I wear it in water?+
VITAL//RING is manufacturer-rated to 5 ATM. It is designed for hand-washing, showering and swimming in fresh water. Avoid hot tubs, saunas and high-pressure water for long-term durability.
How do I choose my ring size?+

Which finger should I wear it on?+
The index finger typically provides the best signal quality. The middle or ring finger of your non-dominant hand also work well. Fit and consistent wear matter more than the specific finger.
Does the ring measure blood pressure, glucose or ECG?+
No. VITAL//RING does not measure blood pressure, blood glucose, or ECG, and does not diagnose sleep apnoea, atrial fibrillation or any other medical condition.
What happens to my data?+
Signals are encrypted in transit and stored inside your AUREVIA account. You control sharing, export and deletion from within NuraProof. See the AUREVIA Privacy page for details.
