Do not suppress unfavourable or inconclusive findings.
Separation of functions
Commercial teams may request research questions but must not alter scientific conclusions.
Conflicts of interest
Display relevant financial and professional conflicts.
Version control
Maintain previous evidence summaries and explain material changes.
Human review
Scientific and safety-sensitive content is reviewed by appropriately qualified people.
No paid evidence scores
Suppliers, product brands and commercial partners cannot purchase a higher evidence classification.
No fabricated authority
Do not imply endorsement by regulators, universities, clinicians or laboratories.
Corrections
Provide a visible correction mechanism and change log.
